Very clean, staff was very nice. Shane was a great. Exemplifies what it means to be an amazing employee. Our room was located right across from the elevator, yet we didn’t hear it at all through the night, unlike other hotels I’ve stayed in. We also did not hear other people above us or next door. Fridge and freezer was cold and clean. Kitchen sink, plates and cups. Pull out bed was clean. Everything in the room was clean and immaculate. Break was good, waffle maker, fresh fruit, muffins, ham eggs, toast and cheese, and oatmeal. Very clean facility. I don’t believe there was a pool but there is a workout room.

The staff at this location were amazing! We got there early and I wasn’t sure if we could check in early. The receptionist at the front desk was super nice and was like yep I have a room ready for you! I wish I would have gotten her name because she was super nice and made the check in process super easy! The room was super comfy and roomy. I was pleasantly surprised that were was a good sized fridge, sink , microwave and dishwasher. This would be very nice if you have to stay awhile but it was nice to have for our short stay as well.

I found the eggs and sausage to be rather anemic and unappetizing, and then the yogurt machine didn’t work. I did try the oatmeal and it was good and accoutrements were great.

I love coming to Home 2 Suites, every since my Husband and I came 12/18/2022 we have came back because of Hannah. She hasn't changed same smile and warmth she made us feel at home and now that we've moved to Texarkana Texas when we come visit our friends and family we always chose Home 2 Suites. Because of Hannah.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The pool was great! Our room was very clean. We ate at the restaurant next door and got a 10% discount, and the food was good.

I enjoyed the whole hotel. The staff was phenomenal. I didn't eat the breakfast but I had a good time. It was peace and quiet.I had no problems.The staff was excellent.That's all I could say

The location is good and there are a few places to eat within walking distance. It also provides easy access to the surrounding areas.
